Bio-engineered solution for coastal erosion protection, pt.4

Updates from our erosion control project at Bayswater Seaside:

The third sand envelope lift has been installed.  This is the largest biodegradable coastal bank stabilization project of its kind on the Cape and Islands, and we are very pleased with the progress to date.  We thank our contractor, C.F. Briggs, who works tirelessly and keeps us updated with great photos such as these.
